Walking Group

VOLS! Let’s lace up our walking shoes and walk with our campus community. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with our colleagues from different departments, enjoy some fresh air, and boost our overall well-being. Join our email list to stay updated on our weekly schedule.

Be Well walking group will stop for Fall 2023 semester on 11/13. We encourage our campus community to continue your walking groups and activities that keep you moving throughout your workday.
