VOLS! Let’s lace up our walking shoes and walk with our campus community. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with our colleagues from different departments, enjoy some fresh air, and boost our overall well-being.
Be Well walking groups are organized at your department level and typically start about midway through the spring semester (depending on weather). We encourage our campus community to continue your walking groups and activities that keep you moving throughout your workday if you are already doing this.
