Employee Fitness Classes

Whether you are looking to begin a fitness routine or trying to find ways to relax and unwind after work, Be Well offers a variety of fitness classes free for UT employees. Community instructors will be invited to teach an array of classes including yoga, pilates, bootcamp, etc.

*Staff and students with current UT parking permits may park in unreserved staff and commuter areas from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. (4:45 pm in Staff Area 9 and Staff Area 23).

Move, breathe, and connect to your resolutions in a one-hour all-levels yoga class presented by Rigazzi Wellness. Designed for faculty and staff of UTK, instructor Emily Lovelace will inspire your 2020 by leading you into the new semester with a balance of calm and excitement.
