Mindfulness Series

“Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.” (

Casey Sams, Associate Department Head and Associate Professor in the Theatre Department and also a Koru Mindfulness expert will be facilitating lunch time mindful meditation sessions for the Fall 2020 semester. Sessions will be held bi-weekly on Thursdays from 12pm-1pm beginning September 10th.
