We all may find ourselves quite busy this semester, or just simply have a lot going on overall during our workdays. It is important to remember that movement is related to how we feel every day we show up to work. It is essential to our physical wellness that we find moments to move more. Join Be Well for a 30 day Move More Challenge starting September 13th through October 20th.
How to participate: Once registered, the Be Well Coordinator will send out weekly objectives to help guide all participants through the 30-day challenge. This email will have details of the challenge and other helpful information.
