In partnership with UT Medical’s Healthy Kitchen, Be Well is bringing cooking demonstrations to campus! Faculty and staff can attend the demonstrations for free and learn how to prepare healthy snacks, meals, etc. Participants will also receive recipes, samples, and advice from certified experts in the field.

Healthy Starts; Breakfast Edition
We’ll do homemade granola two ways! In this class, participants will learn how to make a wholesome granola and then turn it into granola parfait cups. We will set up a parfait bar where participants can create their own cup with assorted toppings.
Participants will leave knowing the benefits of making your own granola, the healthy options to use, and how easy it is to do it.

Learn how to make Instant Pot egg bites and a supercharged smoothie to start the day feeling your best! Participants will create their own egg bites and learn how breakfast meal prep can be a breeze!
