Active Health Lunch & Learns

Be Well is partnering with Active Health to bring a stress management brown bag lunch and learn series to campus. Benefit eligible faculty and staff that are on the university’s benefits package have the opportunity to participate in Active Health’s 2020 wellness program to earn up to $250 per person or $500 per household in financial incentives. The stress management series held on campus this spring will not count towards financial incentives, but the sessions will still be a great way to engage with Active Health and learn practical ways to manage stress.
