Healthy Lifestyle Program Fall 2017

The Healthy Lifestyle Program returns for fourth semester. This highly demanded program is a six-week lunch and learn series that is adapted from the Diabetes Prevention Program. This program aims to help UT personnel create healthier lifestyles through physical activity and proper nutrition. Sessions will be held in the Student Health Building on Thursdays at 12:30 pm starting September 14.
