Wellness is a conscious, self-directed process continuously evolving to ultimately reach one’s full potential.
It is holistic and multi-dimensional; encompassing lifestyle, environmental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Wellness is always positive and affirming.
HEALTH: (World Health Organization definition) “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not merely an absence of disease or infirmity.”
